Job description
The District Project Manager will lead program operations in the Gadchiroli district, requiring strong leadership, program implementation expertise, and ability to build partnerships with government and non-government stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of working in rural and tribal contexts to drive outcomes in Health, Nutrition, and Early Childhood Development (ECD).
Program Management & Implementation, Stakeholder Engagement, Financial Management, Team Leadership, including program design, supervision, team management, quality assurance, and financial forecasting.
The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in program implementation, preferably in Nutrition, Health, Sanitation, or Early Childhood Development in rural and tribal contexts, with fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
