
Job description
The Full Stack Engineer – Incident Response & Application Stability is responsible for stabilizing and improving business-critical web applications and internal systems within one.com / group.one. The role focuses on analyzing production incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable technical solutions to ensure system stability, maintainability, and reliable application performance.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents impacting internal and customer-facing applications, perform structured root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes, respond to production issues and support system stability across applications, and take ownership of technical issues from analysis to resolution.
This role is designed for developing existing features instead of building new features, and requires strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, ability to analyze logs, reproduce issues, and identify root causes, and good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
