Job description
Act as a software detective, proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications.
Perform independently, contribute to team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document and communicate findings and solutions, and assist in the development and implementation of best practices.
Must have proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, strong understanding of system monitoring tools and incident response processes, and experience with automation and scripting. Good to have skills in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
