Act as a software detective to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications.
Perform independently, contribute to team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document troubleshooting steps, and assist in process improvements.
Must have proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration, experience in managing backup and recovery operations, and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
