Job description
Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot software problems, implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability, and document and maintain records of issues and resolutions.
Must have proficiency in Java Standard Edition, strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, experience with debugging and troubleshooting software applications, and familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
