We're looking for a Campaign Manager to own the execution and optimization of demand campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, paid social, email, webinars, events, and our website. This is a unique opportunity to roll up your sleeves and help build the demand engine and foundations from scratch, with space to bring ideas and make a clear stamp on what we’re building.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra, and similar tools
- Experience with email marketing, including building effective email sequences
- An execution-first mindset: comfortable being in the trenches daily building, launching, and optimizing campaigns with strong attention to detail
- Sharp analytical thinking: able to spot patterns and performance issues quickly and act proactively (rather than reactively)
- Clear, structured communication skills, able to liaise upwards and keep stakeholders informed on what’s happening and what you’re seeing in the data
