We're looking for a Content & Communication Manager who blends storytelling with operational rigor. You'll bring picdrop's voice to life, keep our content engine running, and have a direct impact on how we show up and are perceived in the photography industry.
Requirements
- Own the content calendar end-to-end: planning, prioritization, deadlines, and smooth handoffs.
- Plan, create, and manage content across our blog, email, website, and social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Coordinate and brief freelancers and agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
- Repurpose existing content into new formats and optimize for different audiences and channels.
- Keep our WordPress-based website and content library organized and up to date.
- Experiment with new content formats, topics, and tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve efficiency and reach.
- Track performance metrics and use insights to evolve our content strategy.
