General Counsel & Head of Legal Operations (AI-First)

We are a remote-first serial acquirer of SaaS companies across North America and Europe seeking a General Counsel & Head of Legal Operations to build an AI-augmented legal and tax function. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, be comfortable building a "no-code" legal stack, and understand the geometry of international tax. The role involves leading the legal lifecycle of ~5 acquisitions/year, managing a $100M debt facility, and overseeing compliance for a 400-person workforce across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in M&A or Private Equity practice
• JD/LLM required
• Experience with AI and automation in a legal context
• Strong understanding of international tax law and regulations
• Ability to build a "no-code" legal stack and automate routine tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
