We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers in planning, coordination, and administrative and technical follow-up, from start-up to closure. The role involves coordinating and following up on projects, ensuring document management, communication between stakeholders, and compliance with schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Support project manager in opening, planning, and following up on projects.
- Ensure compliance with schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities in Procore and structure projects into concrete actions.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders (clients, professionals, subcontractors, suppliers).
- Manage project documentation (shop drawings, samples, change orders, information requests).
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in Procore.
- Enter purchase orders and administer contracts and costs.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes from the site and coordination meetings.
- Interpret plans, bids, schedules, and contractual documents.
- Ensure compliance with standards, contractual requirements, and client demands.
- Collaborate on cost follow-up and updating records.
- Follow up on deficiencies and coordinate required corrections.
- Gather and organize end-of-project documents (manuals, warranties, certificates, "as built" drawings).
- Contribute to the administrative closure of projects.
