Estimateur - ébénisterie

We are seeking an Estimator to play a key role in the success of our commercial and architectural woodworking projects. As an Estimator, you will analyze project scope, prepare detailed estimates, and support the project management team to ensure accurate and performant deliverables.

Requirements

• Analysis and preparation of estimates
• Read and interpret plans, quotes, and addendas
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and determine material, labor, equipment, and subcontracting needs
• Evaluate direct and indirect costs and produce complete and accurate estimates
• Update price databases and estimation templates
• Prepare and submit price proposals on time
• Obtain, compare, and validate subcontractor and supplier prices
• Verify document compliance before final submission
• Document and archive all submission files according to internal standards
• Communicate essential information to project managers for a smooth transition to execution
• Participate in start-up meetings and present key estimation elements
• Provide occasional support in case of cost adjustments during execution
