Job Description
The Senior Payables Technician will support the team, ensure accuracy and fluidity of the entire supplier accounts cycle, and contribute directly to the department's performance. This role involves complete management of supplier accounts, ensuring compliance with processes, supervising clerks, and ensuring the smooth flow of information.
Requirements
- DEP or DEC in accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (construction experience: a major asset)
- Excellent mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of a construction ERP software (major asset)
- Advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office suite - Excel essential
- Sharp attention to detail, diplomacy, integrity, and respect
- Natural leadership, rigour, agility, and team spirit
- Good ability to manage priorities
