The Post-Livraison Project Manager reports to the Post-Livraison Manager and is responsible for supervising a team responsible for tracking deficiencies and coordinating corrective interventions during the warranty period, on several residential towers, in the context of mixed-use, multi-story, and multi-phase projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant experience in residential project management (condominiums, multi-housing)
- Proven experience in managing claims: water infiltration, insulation, finishing work, concrete, and partition walls
- Strong expertise in technical problem-solving, particularly regarding building envelope issues
