The ETAM Group is looking for a lawyer with a commercial lease law focus, with a complementary mission in contract law. Your missions will include: drafting, analyzing, and negotiating real estate contracts, providing legal support to operational teams in their real estate projects, managing pre-contentious and contentious litigation in collaboration with external advisors, legal monitoring and securing of the group's real estate operations.

Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree in real estate law, business law, or contract law
• Have 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a lawyer, ideally gained at a lessee, lessor, or organization managing commercial leases
• Be recognized for legal rigor, practical sense, and ability to work closely with operational teams
