We are looking for a Property Manager to join our Exploitations team at Quebec and regions. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all activities related to the buildings assigned to you, ensuring efficiency and constant updating of administrative policies and procedures, and more.

Requirements

• First-cycle university degree in engineering, urbanism or architecture or a Bachelor's degree in business administration
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position
• Master the Microsoft Office suite
• Good knowledge of Yardi software (an asset)
• Good knowledge of accounting and budget processes
• Excellent communication skills in oral and written French and English
