Job Description
Tornatech is seeking an Industrial Engineer and Continuous Improvement Technician to join their Laval team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for production, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and enjoy working on the ground to improve factory operations. As a member of the Industrial Engineering Department, you will work closely with production and technology teams to make the factory more efficient and better equipped to grow.
Requirements
- College Diploma (DEC) in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience (manufacturer/factory: production, logistics, quality, methods)
- Knowledge of Autocad design software
- Master Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge of Lean: 5S, A3, waste reduction (Muda), standardization
