Job Description
Grover is seeking an Indirect Procurement Lead to join their Procurement team at their Berlin HQ. The role will involve developing and executing category strategies, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and managing procurement for facility initiatives and IT projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, with a proven track record managing supplier relationships in both IT and large-scale facility/CapEx projects
- High level of commercial acumen and ability to lead complex negotiations
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in spend analysis
- Fluent English and German (B2 level or higher) language skills
