Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead Debt Collections (DACH) to join the Debt Collections team at Grover, responsible for debt recovery operations in Germany and Austria, leading a team of 3 direct reports and ~18 indirects.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Collections, Financial Services, or high-volume Operations
- 1 year of direct leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (Native/C1)
