Job Description
Grow Therapy is looking for a Manager of Credentialing and Enrollment Special Projects who will lead a dedicated team in developing and implementing innovative workflows and automations for credentialing and enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience leading strategic projects in healthcare and a strong track record of creating efficient processes and driving operational improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading strategic projects in healthcare
- Experience managing a team
- Hyper focus on creating efficient processes and driving operational improvements
- Ability to solve problems by leveraging data analysis
- Strong track record of juggling multiple initiatives and prioritizing
- Highly organized and able to keep projects and priorities on track
- Experience with no-code solutions such as Zapier, Workato, HubSpot, and/or API integrations
