Senior Data Scientist - Growth / Care

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to deepen our understanding of our users and unlock the next era of our growth trajectory. The role involves leading experimentation and metric development, building predictive models, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and experimentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role applying analytics, experimentation, and modeling in a product-focused environment
• Fluent in SQL and Python, with experience designing A/B tests, building models, and translating complex data into clear recommendations
• Experience driving product or growth decisions through deep user understanding, funnel analytics, or marketplace dynamics
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments where data science directly influences strategy
