Job Description
Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to design and build a game-changing billing system for their Claims Engine team. This role focuses on building an intelligent, scalable, and efficient claims platform for mental healthcare, leveraging data and AI/ML to modernize the therapy experience. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative product leader who can improve collections efficiency and drive revenue cycle goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare product management.
- Experience with AI/ML is a plus.
- Ruthless Prioritization.
- Skilled in systems-level thinking, SQL, and understanding the data model implications of new features.
