Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Client Activation to lead the end-to-end experience from client booking to their second appointment, removing friction and ensuring successful client engagement. The role involves driving product strategy, leading product development, and mentoring other product managers. 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products is required, along with a strong analytical skillset and ability to influence across levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing digital products
• Strong analytical skills and a comfort with data analysis and experimentation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels
• Technical background (e.g., engineering, CS degree, or significant technical product experience)
• Hands-on experience with data, APIs, infrastructure products, or platform services
