Job Description
Grow Therapy is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve the systems that power its platform, connecting clients, providers, and health plans. The role involves designing, implementing, and shipping features that directly impact how clients and providers connect, communicate, and access care. The company is growing fast, with nearly 22,000 clinicians, over 1.4 million clients, and on track to surpass 10 million sessions in 2026.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building and maintaining production systems at scale
- Comfortable working across backend APIs and frontend interfaces, with hands-on experience in Python and modern React/TypeScript
- Experience working on systems where data quality, correctness, and performance matter
- Strong execution skills and the ability to deliver scoped work independently
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn complex systems and new problem domains
- A product-minded approach - you understand how technical decisions impact user experience and business outcomes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Design, and Data Science
