Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer to join their design team and help shape the future of mental health technology. The role involves driving strategic product initiatives, designing end-to-end user experiences, and championing design excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional craft, and a passion for 0-to-1 product development.

- Strategic mindset with a passion for 0-to-1 product development and the ability to see the bigger picture
- Exceptional craft with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution
- Prototyping expertise across multiple tools and mediums, with the ability to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively
- Motion design sensibility with deep consideration for animations, transitions, and micro-interactions
- Brand-conscious approach that understands how product design extends and amplifies brand identity
- Process leadership experience in establishing workflows, design systems, and team practices
- Mentorship capabilities with experience guiding and developing junior design talent
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively with Engineering, PM, and other disciplines
