Senior Technical Program Manager

Grow Therapy is a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. We're seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the programs that connect people to care.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or relevant experience driving complex, large programs within tech (startup and healthcare experience is a plus but not required)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent experience working with software developer teams)
• Proven experience in successfully defining, planning, and executing large-scale technical programs and projects
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
