Staff Product Manager, Consumer Mobile

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. The Staff Product Manager, Consumer Mobile will own the mobile experience that helps clients make meaningful progress towards their mental health goals between therapy sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of consumer-facing experiences
• Proven ability to build products users return to, with strong instincts for UX, quality, and behavior design
• Experience owning mobile products across iOS and Android
• Strong point of view on what makes mobile experiences intuitive, engaging, and high quality
• 0→1 mindset with ability to build products or major product surfaces from scratch
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and domain experts
• Strategic thinking with ability to connect day-to-day execution to long-term company goals
• AI-native curiosity and experience building AI-powered products
• Startup scrappiness with ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
