Requirements

• Sells, Markets and Services crop nutrients, crop protection, seed, scouting, climate fieldview, technology services, and ag-finance program
• Implements marketing plans and develops sales strategies
• Travels to client locations to establish Evergreen FS brand and obtain orders
• Utilizes target marketing and professional sales techniques
• Adheres to Evergreen FS sales and marketing strategies
• Responsible for meeting sales goals
• Develops territory and competitive analysis
• Provides value-added agronomic products, services, and recommendations
• Schedules product delivery and application
• Conducts regular patron meetings
• Provides customer service
• Ensures the credit worthiness of customers
• Promotes the use of credit programs
• Maintains the assigned vehicle according to company standards
• Ensures field signs are displayed on all customers' fields
• Collects for sales of all assigned products according to company credit policy
• Attains and maintains technical and sales skills to certification standards
