Job Description
Evergreen FS is seeking an Agronomy Associate to join our team and make a difference in the lives of farmers and communities we serve. As a dedicated and innovative individual, you will be responsible for training and learning all aspects of the agronomy department, including sales and operational responsibilities.
Requirements
- Training and learning all aspects of the agronomy department
- Develops territory and competitive analysis
- Responsible for meeting goals as established by supervisor
- Learn to create and recommend specific agronomy programs
- Work with Crop Specialist on implementing, organizing and completing agronomy projects
- Assists with regular patron meetings
- Learn to operate application equipment
- Provides customer service by scheduling product deliveries and application
