Job Description
We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to develop and iterate on high-performing creatives across paid media channels. This hands-on role blends creative production with performance marketing and is ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, and refining ideas based on real results.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience creating performance creative for paid media (paid social, growth, or performance marketing roles)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights
- Proven ability to personally produce high-performing ads, not just brief or review them
- Strong skills in short-form video (UGC-style, lifestyle, property-focused), static ad design, performance-oriented copywriting, and deep understanding of creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
- Strong analytical instincts — you know how to read performance data and turn it into better creative
