Job Description
Join Our Team as an Apartment Maintenance Technician - $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! The Service Technician handles all phases of maintenance relating to the completion of work orders, preparation of apartments for occupancy and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years' experience in maintenance field
- HVAC certification
- Certified Pool Operator license
- Pleasing personality and ability to work with and understand the problems and attitudes of residents
