We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our CEO, managing complex schedules, high-level communications, and confidential matters with discretion and finesse. The ideal candidate thrives in close partnership with a fast-moving executive, exercises strong judgment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in keeping priorities, communication, and execution aligned across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience coordinating complex travel and logistics
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
