Production Supervisor, Bilingual 3rd shift

Production Supervisor directs, plans, controls, and monitors the overall operation of the production department lines, ensuring all processing activities are in conformance with product specifications and GMP’s. The ideal candidate will provide direct supervision of a team of up to 35 employees and schedule work assignments, vacations, and days off for the Hourly Employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant required. Bakery or food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a Lead in production required.
• Bilingual Spanish / English required.
