Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our talent pool. The role is responsible for the execution, repair and maintenance of our pumps for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of both electrical and mechanical engineering, a good understanding of pumps, and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Experience in the industry or comparable environment with a good knowledge of pump technology.
• Ideally a technical education of electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Understanding of Health and Safety best practices.
• Experience of working within a customer-centric environment and the ability to communicate among various stakeholders and customers.
• Solid digital literacy with the ability to use various internal systems.
