At Grundfos, we are driven by a powerful purpose: to solve the world’s water and climate challenges and improve quality of life for people everywhere. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Industrial (IND) team and help us deliver high-impact projects across Southern Europe.
Requirements
- Lead high-complexity projects using Grundfos systems and processes
- Coordinate on-site activities with customers and subcontractors
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks
- Ensure compliance with contracts, QA/QC, Health & Safety, and performance standards
- Act as the main technical and customer-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Support proposal teams with project evaluations and risk assessments
- Report on project financials and compile lessons learned
- Oversee logistics and workshop activities when needed
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments
