Senior Maintenance Technician (m/w/d)

Regular object inspections and control rounds, routine inspection and maintenance work, independent repair work, on-site support and procurement of materials.

Requirements

• Completed technical training, ideally as an electrician or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in Facility Management.
• Organizational talent, diligence, and a structured working method in combination with enthusiasm for manual work.
• Teamwork skills, as well as willingness to take on responsibility.
• Professional appearance and confident handling of people.
• Good MS-Office knowledge.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
