Job Description
We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our Team. Requirements: Corporate Lawyer with at least 2/3 years of experience in the position in first-line Law Firms. Experience in corporate advice in local and foreign companies. Special value will be given to those with proven knowledge in corporate law and preparation and presentation of different procedures before the IGJ and DPPJ. Advanced English language (exclusive); German (not exclusive). Professionals registered in CABA (not exclusive)
