Job Description
Bimbo Bakeries USA is looking for a Market Sales Leader to lead the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market, establish store-level growth plans, and build customer relationships. The role involves utilizing sales data tools to drive effective decisions and grow market share on strategic brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred – High School diploma required
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
- At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
- Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
- Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
- Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus
