Production Supervisor

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead their production team and ensure the highest quality products are produced. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in production and manufacturing.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of experience in production, preferably in the food processing industry or fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to lead difficult conversations
• Proficiency-level computer skills including MS Office applications
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
