Job Description
Bimbo Bakeries USA is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead their production team and help them achieve world-class standards in quality, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational execution skills, and the ability to drive change and develop talent.
Requirements
- Win the shift by ensuring all aspects of the shift adhere to world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety
- Foster a culture of Associate engagement by respecting, including, and empowering all Associates

- Identify issues, assign actions, and follow up to ensure completion
- Coach Associates towards an independent, problem-solving mentality
- Operate with a One Team mentality by collaborating across departments
- Prepare priorities for you and your team for the upcoming shift
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators
- Engage and develop core competencies in Associates
- Achieve all safety goals and deliver on safety awareness programs
- Ensure product quality and advise others on necessary formula and process adjustments
- Lead the team to serve sales by achieving production schedule attainment, KPIs for thruput and shipping on time, in full
- Ensure cost efficiency by reducing waste, decreasing down time, and overseeing appropriate staff scheduling
- Utilize tablets and essential applications within the tablets to keep processes running effectively
