Job Description
Bimbo Bakeries USA seeks a Quality Food Safety Manager to lead the quality and food safety mission, oversee financial health, lead team growth and development, and partner with business units to identify and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Requirements
- BS degree, in Food Science or related major
- 5-7 years of Bakery or Food Manufacturing operations management experience
- PCQI, HACCP, Food Defense and GFSI (SQF, BRC, IFS, etc.) Certified
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations, 6 sigma, ISO, AIB and GFSI Standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
