Responsible for developing continuous improvement projects in production processes and management, eliminating legal exposure to environmental and sustainability issues, delivering satisfactory results for stakeholders, transforming ideas and needs of interlocutors into practical actions, paying attention to the business, applying current technical and legal standards, with social responsibility and technological improvement, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais' values.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 1 to 3 years
• English - Advanced
• Level 7 - Higher Education (Master's Degree) Industrial Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Similar
• i) Pedagogical Competence Certificate for Trainer
• ii) Order of Engineers
