Ensure effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of production processes in the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal / external customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through adequate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources.

Requirements

• Plan and coordinate the work activities, following their execution, analyzing costs and profits, as well as existing deviations, implementing the necessary corrective actions
• Carry out articulation with the operational support areas
• Delineation of the Execution Strategic Plan
• Carry out permanent articulation with the Owner's team
• Promote and integrate development approaches
• Propose industrialization solutions to customers
• Respond to requests from external entities
• Lead periodic meetings with the work team and subcontractors
• Carry out the development of reports
• Define, implement and follow up on the work plans and inspect the processes in the Quality, Environment and Safety segments
