- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Higher education in Quality Management Systems/ISO 9001
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Proven experience in ferroviary/road works
- Availability to work in the central region of the country
- Active membership in the relevant Order of Engineers
