Job Description
We are seeking a Fixed Income & Rates Technology Specialist with skills spanning Production Support, QA Testing, and L2 Engineering. The role involves close interaction with trading and business users, managing their requests, ensuring timely incident resolution, and providing deep functional and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Front Office trading systems experience
- Strong English
- Spanish a plus
- Rapid incident triage and business impact assessment during live trading
- Root cause analysis across trade lifecycles (capture booking settlement)
- Clear communication with traders under pressure; translating technical issues to business terms
- Developing workarounds to maintain trading operations while issues are resolved
- Bonds, Swaps, Futures, Credit, Govies, Inflation-linked instruments
- eTrading and OTC workflows
- Market data feeds
- Pricing & risk analytics (PnL, sensitivities)
