Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead the technical evolution and maintenance of our Partner Hub, a platform that integrates partners and offers to operators.
Requirements
- Define and document architecture patterns and best practices for backend and frontend development.
- Ensure efficient integration with APIs, internal systems, and partners, including operators.
- Coordinate technical deliveries with development teams, QA, support, and operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Monitor performance and propose architecture and code optimizations.
- Support and guide less experienced developers, promoting a quality culture.
- Participate in planning and alignment meetings with product areas and stakeholders.
