Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and direct the assigned work front through contractors of Electrical, HVAC, Hydrosanitary, and Fire Suppression specialties to ensure compliance with the construction program in industrial warehouses and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Civil Engineering (with extensive experience in installations)
- At least 3 years as MEP Resident or Supervisor, preferably in industrial warehouses and infrastructure for industrial parks
- Management of Bluebeam (for quantifications), plan viewers, AutoCAD, and basic Microsoft Office suite
