Ensure correct billing, registration, control, and tracking of operations performed, ensuring traceability, accuracy of information, and proper updating of account status to contribute to the proper administrative and operational functioning of the area.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in administrative tasks, billing, operational control, or order management.
- FP Grade Medium or Higher in Administration, Management, Finance, Logistics, or similar.
- Management of billing tools and management systems (SAP, Power BI, etc.).
- Knowledge of operational documents (orders, delivery notes, invoices), in line with the commercial document guide used internally.
- Precision and attention to detail. Organizational capacity. Incidents resolution. Work under pressure. Time management and autonomy. Communication skills, with ability to maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with customers and internal responsible parties, facilitating coordination, incident resolution, and understanding of operational processes.
