Perform activities assigned by their responsible within the production line, following quality criteria marked by the client and the company. Develop precise and specific tasks manually or with the help of mechanical or technological elements.

Requirements

• Comply with prevention, labor safety, and environmental management regulations
• Perform tasks assigned according to the job position, following the established productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Assist colleagues in the production cycle
• Declare or help declare required records (production, online presence, quality, consumptions, defective products, etc.) on paper or digital support
• Comply with order and cleanliness regulations in their job position and installations, and dispose of waste accordingly
• Report to the operational team manager on any incidents that may occur during their activity and cannot be resolved individually
• Daily review the good condition of equipment and materials used, and report any defects or problems immediately
• Participate in productivity, quality, safety, and health improvement processes in the job position and installations
• Foster a good working climate, respect among people, and the eleven values of the organization
• Participate in any training processes required
• Collaborate in the welcoming and training of new employees
• Participate in all tasks required within their capacity, qualification, and professional group
