Requirements
- Management of calls through the use of computer systems
- Emission of follow-up call
- Answering user queries
- Emission of calls of other typologies of agenda to the user
- Creation, consultation and modification of agendas
- Acting and modifying socio-sanitary data
- Providing information, follow-up and registration to the user
- Registration, follow-up and updating of temporary movements of users
- Recording socio-sanitary data
- Handling and attending technical calls and alarms
