Join ILUNION Hotels as a Disability Selection Technician and manage selection processes, collaborate with the Department Manager, and develop resources and contacts for recruitment and hiring of people with disabilities.
Requirements
- Manage selection processes: definition of needs, internal promotion, publication of offers, curriculum sift, interviews, selection tests, follow-up of profiles and report according to the recruitment and selection procedures established by the People and Talent Development Department of the company.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager in the development and implementation of all new management tools, seeking effectiveness and improvement of the selection area.
- Create and manage a network of resources and contacts (Official Organizations, Job Boards, Employment Pages, Social Networks, Association Movement of PCD...) that serve as sources of recruitment and favor the increase of hiring of people with disabilities.
- Collaborate in the development and follow-up of projects such as Career Plans, Successions, Employer Branding, Communication, Innovation...
- Perform OnBoarding and follow-up of new incorporations, according to established procedure.
- Manage all the documentation, databases, archives, and information related to the development of the Department, maintaining a well-updated documentation archive.
