Job Description
ILUNION is seeking a ServiceDesk Technician to provide technical support and IT services on 24/7 shifts. The role involves technical support via phone to users, using incident management tools, and providing support for client operating systems and Microsoft 365.
Requirements
- Higher education in Systems Administration (ASIR)
- Availability to work 24/7 shifts
- Use of remote control tools like Teamviewer or VNC
- Knowledge of Windows and Office
- Installation and configuration of microcomputer equipment and peripherals
- Possession of a disability certificate (desired)
